A live map on our website shows every stage: booked, driver on the way, picked up, on the way and delivered, with the driver's first name, car and plate. Our texts and emails link straight to it.
What it costs
Each courier trip has its own price for your address: one trip to bring your device to us, and a second if you want it brought back. You see each trip and the total on the booking form before you pay, and pay by card when you book. The repair itself is priced separately and paid when it is done.

Do I have to come in?
No. Choose Device Delivery when you book and an Uber courier collects your device from your home or office and brings it to CellWoRx. When the repair is done it comes back by Uber courier, or you can pick it up in store.
Who picks up my device?
An Uber courier. You book and pay with CellWoRx, and Uber's courier does the pickup and the trip back. You see your courier's first name, car and plate on the live tracker.
How much is delivery?
Each courier trip is priced for your address and shown on the booking form before you pay: one trip to bring your device to us, and a second trip if you want it brought back. The courier trips are paid by card when you book. The repair is priced separately and paid when it is done.

How do I track my courier?
Every booking has a live map on our website showing each stage, with your courier's first name, car and plate. We text and email you the link and an update at every step.
What happens at pickup and return?
The courier takes a photo and a signature when they collect your device. When it comes back, you give the courier a PIN before they hand it over.
Can I pick it up in store instead?
Yes. At checkout you can choose a courier back to you, or pick it up from CellWoRx when the repair is done.
