I received a $342 quote to trade in my M2 Mac mini, so I went in person to complete the sale. The Mac mini never left my desk from the day I opened it and probably had around 20 hours of use over two years. After looking at it, they lowered the offer to $225 and called it average condition because of one tiny nick that was barely noticeable unless you looked very closely. I understand I marked it as flawless and condition can be subjective, but what bothered me most was the way the offer changed. If the Mac was truly only worth $225 due to condition, I don’t understand how they were suddenly able to come back up to $315 after negotiating. That made the process feel like a bait-and-switch or a lowball tactic after getting me in the door. I accepted the $315 just to be done with it. They paid me through PayPal, but the payment came through with a $9.42 fee deducted, so I only received $305.58. When I brought it up, they refused to reimburse the difference and acted like they did not know PayPal would charge a fee. Overall, the process felt misleading. I could have sold it locally for around $350 and only used this company to avoid the hassle and support a local business. I plan to file a complaint with the Attorney General’s office, hopefully to advocate for others who may experience the same thing. I would not use them again. Edit **oh and they listed it for 529. Scummy when he told me in store they would only make $100 on it at the price he’s giving me. Lo and behold there’s a YouTube video with 2 million views calling this company a scam.

I’ve purchased from here before and my item looked brand new, this time around the phone definitely shows some wear and tear . I guess the bar was set really high from previous purchase. Still, I would buy from them again.

This is my third MacBook purchase from Strictli Tech, and once again, Tony and his team exceeded all expectations. I was looking for a specific MacBook Pro for my son’s school programs, and Tony’s expertise was invaluable—he helped me pick the exact model that would handle the software requirements. The ordering and financing process was a breeze, but we hit a major snag when UPS delivered the package to the wrong address. While UPS only gave me a claim number and very little help, Tony took it upon himself to investigate. He tracked down exactly where it went and made sure I finally received the laptop today. So the only thing that bothered me with the purchase and receiving it was the weird chipping system of getting it upon receiving it and opening it up, I noticed wasn’t in the description that there was a decent size ding in the bottom of the case right by the glass and when I opened it up, there was a bunch of weird white powder inside I don’t know what it could’ve been dusted it off got it charging got it updated got the name and password swapped over and everything seems to be working fine I don’t know if it’s a rubber seal around the screen, but it seems to be sticky and leaving residue on it. Maybe I know you guys have been in business for a while, but maybe down the road just write us slightly better description of the condition of these I know mine was a clearance one because I wanted the rose gold but other than that, I’m extremely happy with it. My salesman was wonderful helping me get the purchase done. We had to do it a couple different times because calling different but other than that I give you five stars.

Happen upon Strictli while in town on business. My Apple phone was going haywire. Stopped in and was met at the counter by a gentleman who was very helpful and professional. After consulting with his associate, he tried a couple quick things that made a big difference and got me back in business. I cannot thank them enough.
